Roulette is the most classic casino game. The roulette wheel has basically become a symbol for casino games in general. This has almost always been the case and ever since roulette became a popular game, there have been players who put their foreheads in deep folds to find ways to make big money on the game. Unfortunately, we have to announce that there are no bomb-proof systems for winning at roulette. The wheel lives its own life and could not care less about what the players expect to happen.
Roulette is the ultimate game of chance
Over the years, many less careful people have constructed what they believe are completely safe systems that guarantee big profits as long as you follow the rules to the letter. These “inventors” have obviously made sure to earn a decent buck by sharing their information. What all systems have in common is that they do not work. They only serve as cash registers for the inventors themselves. The “bomb-proof” system that has ruined most gullible players over the years is the Martingale system, which involves doubling the bet on each loss. After just a few losses, the stakes become easily unmanageable, making the system a surefire way to lose the entire cashier in the blink of an eye.
So, what can you do to become a professional roulette player? It is clear that over time it is much more difficult to win money at roulette than it is to make money at, for example, Blackjack and video poker. The reason is that the casino’s advantage in roulette is quite large. If you play European roulette (a green zero), the so-called theoretical payback is about 97.4 percent. It can be compared to the payback in Blackjack with a deck of cards, which is 99.5 percent. If you play American roulette, where there are two green zeros in the wheel, the casino’s advantage will be even greater (about 94.7 percent). The first rule you should imprint if you want to win at Roulette is to always opt out of American roulette. Otherwise, we can give you another rule that you should follow to the letter.
Play only on games that pay even money
In roulette, you have an almost unlimited number of different game options. The roulette wheel has 37/38 numbers and you can combine these exactly how you want. However, all casino professionals choose to play only on the options that pay even money. It is obviously about odd / even, low / high and red / black. There are two reasons why you should only choose one of these games. First, the profits will be fairly regular. Of course, you will not win every other time, but you do not run the risk of losing several hundred rounds in a row, which is something you risk if, for example, you bet your money on a single number. Secondly, these games have an extra function that is activated if the ball should end up at zero (thus only applies to European roulette). In the event of a hit on the zero, you can either get half the bet back immediately or get the chance to win back your bet on the next spin on the wheel.
